Repair and Refurbishment

Before installing – your „new“ second-hand machine needs to be refurbished to secure your production process and your investment.

• Before dismantling we prepare a checking-protocol with first suggestions about the volume of the refurbishment needed to be done. Then we will dismantle the machine and transport it to our premises.
• The machine will be deeply cleaned and painted after arrival.
• The suggested repairs will be done – in case we find during these repairs and cleanings further damages we will document them and together with you we will decide the further steps.
• After the refurbishment your machine will be installed in our premises and a test-print will be done – any eventual problems that might appear can easily be solved before final installation in your premises.
• After dismantling, transport to and installation of the machine in your print shop the same test print will be done as in our premises.
• After we trained your personnel and after the taking over of the machine, it will start production.

Of course, you also can order for each of our services by itself – not only in a package.
We provide a warranty for all our services and for all spare parts which we use. If you had purchased the used machine from us and also had the dismantling, cleaning, repairs and test print done by us we provide you with a warranty period for the machine of six months.

Our intention is to guarantee you the best possible production security for your investment.
